2026 Single Origin Rotation 5

2026 Single Origin Rotation 5

2nd Jun 2026

Rotation 5 has just landed, bringing a new set of single origins onto the bar. This lineup moves across espresso and filters, with a few familiar favourites returning alongside some fresh arrivals. Whether you’re chasing something new or going back to a favourite, there’s plenty to get stuck into.

Single Origin Espresso

Summer Solstice, Brazil

Summer Solstice is built entirely from dried-on-tree cherries, with sorting technology used to isolate the fruit-forward lots. In the cup, it leans tropical and citrusy, backed by honey sweetness and a rounded structure that keeps everything sitting neatly together.

Chelbesa, Ethiopia

Coming out of Chelbesa Washing Station in Yirgacheffe, this lot passes through multiple stages of hand-sorting before processing even begins. Smallholder farmers selectively pick ripe cherry before the station team removes any damaged fruit, resulting in a natural that feels clean, fruit-driven, and well resolved.

El Rincon, Colombia

El Rincon undergoes 160 hours of anaerobic fermentation in bags. Produced by Diego Horta, whose approach to coffee was shaped by generations of family knowledge, the coffee carries plenty of depth and structure without losing clarity.

Single Origin Filter

Wa Ran, Myanmar

Wa Ran comes out of a small coffee-producing village in Shan State, where Melanie Edwards works closely with growers across the surrounding hills. You can expect a rounded cup with berry notes and a velvety texture that keeps evolving as it cools.

La Perla, Ecuador

La Perla comes from a coffee producing region known for varieties like Typica Mejorado and Sidra that have helped put Ecuador on the specialty coffee map. Producer, Fabian Lomas carefully ferments the coffee for 72 hours before drying it on African beds, producing a cup that feels clean, expressive, and neatly structured.

La Ñusta, Peru

La Nusta sits high in San Ignacio, Peru, where Milagros Ramires combines generations of family knowledge with a modern approach to sustainability and farm management. Fertile Andean soils and the farm’s unique microclimate create ideal conditions for producing complex and balanced cup profiles.
