Regardless of how full the kettle is, a counter-weighted handle adds stability and comfort. The built-in thermometer takes the guesswork out of brewing temperature. This 1L kettle is suitable for use with the majority of stovetops (induction tops must be compatible with 304 grade stainless steel).
